making room for a sustainable Maxine

(or: why I am putting some content behind a paywall)

Hi. It’s me, Maxine.

I’ve always struggled with asking people to pay for the content I create. Pricing my work has never come easy; I either overthink it or give everything away for free.

Most of the time, it’s the latter.

I’ve been writing online since 2005. Maybe you remember my old blog at “Mia Cupcake”; the OGs might even remember “Bruises in the Fros…
